• No-shows/No-calls → Full service charge

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
  Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 4 hours’ notice incur a $35 fee.

• Saturday/Group bookings (2+ clients) → 20% deposit required at booking
