Clients who notify Akoya at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee
Clients that cancel within four hours before scheduled appointment will be charged $35 per service[s]
Clients that fail to notify Akoya within 24 hours of scheduled appointment on Saturdays will be charged half of each service[s] and will not be refunded or redeemable
If a client does not call or show for an appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge full price for ALL service[s]
