We have set forth the below cancellation policy to help manage our
commitments to not just our customers but to the employees as well.
Clients who notify Akoya at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee.
If you need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, please make best efforts to reschedule to avoid a fee. If not, prior to 24 hours will result in a $35 fee.
If the client does not show up for the appointment or cancels within 6 hours of the appointment, we will have to charge the full service.
