Cancellation Policy

We have set forth the below cancellation policy to help manage our
commitments, to not just our customers, but to the employees as well.

  • Clients who notify Akoya at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee.

  • If you need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, it will result in a $35 fee. Please make best efforts to reschedule to avoid the fee.

  • If the client does not show up for the appointment or cancels within 6 hours of the appointment, we will charge for the full service.
