Cancellation Policy

Thank you for understanding that we have set forth the below cancellation policy to help manage our commitments, to not just our clients, but to our employees as well. We encourage our clients to please call or email us in order to change any appointments.

Monday-Friday Appointments

  • Clients who notify Akoya at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee

  • Clients that cancel within four hours before scheduled appointment will be charged $35 per service[s]

 

Saturday Appointments

  • Clients that fail to notify Akoya within 24 hours of scheduled appointment on Saturdays will be charged half of each service[s] and will not be refunded or redeemable

  • If a client does not call or show for an appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge full price for ALL service[s]
