Cancellation Policy 

 

We have set forth the below cancellation policy to help manage our
commitments to not just our customers but to the employees as well.

  • Clients who notify Akoya at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment will not be charged a fee.

  • If you need to cancel the appointment within 24 hours of the appointment, please make best efforts to reschedule to avoid a fee. If not, prior to 24 hours will result in a $35 fee.

  • If the client does not show up for the appointment or cancels within 6 hours of the appointment, we will have to charge the full service.
