The massage cream used in our therapeutic massage session provides a superior absorbency with active ingredients such as Arnica & Ivy Extract that provide added skin health and wellness benefits.
For additional pain relief, our massage therapist will incorporate a recovery massage lotion that contains ginger root oil and Arnica Montana flower extract that provides pain relief for sore muscles and joints. Menthol components are also comprised within the massage for a cooling effect that will allow additional aid in healing sore muscles.
